I’m Michael Strawhorn, a proud native of South Carolina and a graduate of Clemson University with a background in Services Marketing. Before opening my own agency, I spent seven years working alongside another State Farm agent in the Upstate, gaining hands‐on experience and seeing firsthand the impact strong insurance support can have on individuals, families, and the community. My journey into the insurance industry began in 2016, inspired by my brother’s success as a State Farm agent.

Outside the office, my life centers around family. My wife, Valerie, and I met in a dog park in Greenville, SC in 2010 and have since built a busy, joyful life with our sons, Patrick and Everett, and our two dogs. We enjoy hiking, camping, and exploring the mountains throughout South Carolina, which keeps us closely connected to the place we call home.
